Funeral services for Doris Stine will be 4:00 pm Friday, January 13, 2017 at The Linn's Funeral Home Chapel, 1521 Washington Ave, Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126. Visitation will be 2 hours prior, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Friday January 13, 2017 also at the Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel. Doris Neuberger was born July 19, 1927 to Elmer and Ethel [Phiel] Neuberger in Iowa Falls, Iowa. She attended and graduated from Iowa Falls High School. Doris married David Laverne Stine on December 3, 1945 in Iowa Falls. To this union four children were born: Virgil, Duane, Larry and Linda. Doris spent most of her life working as a homemaker and an industrial laborer at Swift in Iowa Falls. Her favorite hobby was gardening.

Those left to cherish Doris Stine are her children: Larry [Lee Lannee] Stine of Estherville, Iowa and Linda Stine of Ackley, Iowa; three grandchildren: Robbie Stine of Florence, Alabama, Matt Stine and his wife of Estherville, Tim [Katie] Stine of Urbandale, Iowa; and three great-grandchildren. Doris  Stine was preceded in death by her parents: Elmer and Ethel Neuberger; her husband: David Stine, sons: Virgil and Duane Stine; a granddaughter: Buffy Stine; and a brother: Garland Neuberger.
