My heart is Saddened to hear of his passing, he was a good man, I always looked forward to seeing him in the clinic. He will be missed. Even though I didn't know him outside of seeing him at his Doctors appointments , I know he was a pretty special man. We are all blessed to have known him, Heaven received another beautiful angel. Was blessed to have become a friend of Dean's when he lived in the Des Moines area while taking care of his wife. He attended Messiah Lutheran Church and was a friend of everyone. Such a caring man. Love and God Bless Marilyn
