After my mom gave birth to me in January 1963, she started hemorrhaging badly. Roy Mitchell gave blood to her, which saved her life! Had it not been for Roy, I may have grown up without my mother and my younger brother never would have been born. My family is eternally grateful to Roy. I never got to thank him. May he rest in peace. Condolences to his family for their loss.
