Reita didn't ever remember my name (or lots of others), "Well I can't remember everybody." She always had comfort, advice, and a great way to talk about them. I miss her very much. May she watch out for us, as her family "up there" had for her. I love you Grandma.

I was so blessed to know Reita when I was growing up. She was so kind and I will never forget her joking around with me and I will never forget her wonderful laugh. She was such a loving and caring person.

Upon meeting Reita she referred to many people as her "hunny", "brother", or just talked about those she "knew a long time". As I build my relationship with her I was proud to have become one of her "hunnies". Often times I would go to Reita's home and find her sitting outside talking to God or the loved ones who had passed. She had a strong faith and always willing to share it. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during the celebration of Reita's life. May you Rest In Peace Reita.

I had the privilege of knowing Reita through my work at Genesis in Storm Lake. Although I left the organization several years ago, Reita and I have kept ties with each other, as she always held a special place in my heart. I always enjoyed her uncomplicated faith, her great sense of humor, and her genuine care for me and my family. Plus she also loved my banana bread, so it was a win-win relationship! I will miss her dearly.
