Mr. Evans was a special person to the Alden girl's basketball team and managers.
I was happy that he attended our dinner and reunion three years ago. He had a wonderful mind and wit.

He was a nice teacher. I saw him about 2 years ago and he knew me immediately. He did have quite the memory.

I visited so many times with Myron at Scenic Manor, he had such an amazing memory!!! Was also in a club 60 years ago with his mother and a good friend of sister Marge and brother Glenn. Sympathy to the family.

Mr. Evans was always able to make class fun and interesting , even for those of us who were challenged or distracted in English class. He was my guidance adviser to whom I am very grateful for his sound advice and direction. Thank You Mr Evans. You were loved.

Remember well Mr. Evans teaching my son at Alden High! Always enjoyed his parent conferences and he was always supportive to us parents in teaching the classics and English to our young people. He was a great teacher. Rest in Peace .
