Steven Russell Barker

Steven Russell Barker, 73, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at his home in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Visitation for Steven Barker will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, November 10, at Linn’s Funeral Home Iowa Falls Chapel. Steven Russell Barker was born August 21, 1949 to Pearl Edmond and Anna Marie (Poore) Barker at the family home in Ringgold County, Iowa. Steven graduated from Clearfield High School with the class of 1969. Steven had two children: Angela and Terry, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Steven worked at Electrolux in Webster City for 44 years, retiring in 2011.

Steven is survived by his mother: Anna Barker of Kansas; children: Angela (William) Short of Webster City, Terry Barker of Lakeland, Florida; Grand children: Patricia (Elijah) Reynolds of Coulter, Dustin (Heather) Halverson of Hampton; six great-grandchildren; two sisters: Sandy Arnold, Sharon Barker; three brothers: Kenny Barker, Herman Barker, and Larry Barker.

Steven was preceded in death by his father: Pearl Barker; a brother: Ray Barker; three sisters: Virginia Durrant, Linda Barker, and Anna Mae Barker.
