Sharon Kay Eggleston Sieck, 82, of Marshalltown, Iowa and formally of Story City, Iowa passed away September 24, 2023, at The Iowa Veterans Home, Marshalltown, Iowa. A funeral service for Sharon Sieck will be 10:30 am, Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Linn’s Funeral Home 1521 Washington Avenue, Iowa Falls, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm Friday, September 29, 2023 At Linn’s Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, Iowa. Sharon Kay Linn was born November 5, 1940, to Leonard Levi and Elva Avis (Mulder) Linn in Grundy Center, Iowa. Sharon graduated Cedar Falls High School class of 1958. On July 1, 1960 Sharon was united in marriage to LeRoy Eggleston and to this union four children were born: Scott, Tamara, Machele and Kevin. They were later divorced. On September 1, 1989 Sharon was united in marriage to Robert L. Sieck. Sharon was employed by Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. in Iowa Falls, Iowa Credit Union and Drake University both in Des Moines until retireing in 2002.

Sharon is survived by her children: Scott ( Wendy) Eggleston of Boerne, Texas; Tamara Sue Eggleston of Mason City; Machele (Ronald) Raska of Coulter, Iowa; Kevin Mark Eggleston of Boerne, Texas; Step children: Rob Sieck of Des Moines; Ronald Sieck of Des Moines; two sisters: Kathryn Dadukian of Ocala, Florida; Sandra Linn of Ramona, California; two brothers: Richard Linn of Hawaii: Leonard (Jean) Linn of Iowa Falls; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Robert; a grandson: Wyatt Raska; and one sister: Linda Berg.
