Sharon Ann (Palmer) Caruth

Sharon Ann Caruth, 77, of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021. Per Sharon’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded and no formal services will be conducted. Sharon Ann Palmer was born December 16, 1943, in Iowa Falls, to Arthur Kirby and Gladyce Marjorie (Stockdale) Palmer. Sharon attended Iowa Falls Schools. On December 2, 1961 Sharon was united in marriage to Vernon Dale Caruth, at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls, Iowa. To this union six children were born: Dale, Tammy, Penny, Robin, Anita, and Tina. Sharon owned and operated Caruth Kennels in Iowa Falls.

Sharon is survived by five children: Dale Caruth of Iowa Falls, Penny Caruth of Iowa Falls, Rob (Sherri) Caruth of Iowa Falls, Anita Alley of Mountainburg, Arkansas, and Tina Caruth of Mason City; 10 grandchildren and 20 great - grandchildren two brothers: Gary (Linda) Palmer of Iowa Falls, and Barry Edel of Iowa Falls; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sharon Caruth was preceded in death by her husband Dale Caruth; infant daughter Tammy, one granddaughter Faith Caruth; one sister Rita Widmann, one brother James Palmer.
