Jacy Kyle Frazier, 44, of Dubuque, Iowa, and formerly of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Memorial Services for Jacy Frazier will be Monday April 6, 2015 at 10:30 am at the Linn's Funeral Home, 1521 Washington Ave., Iowa Falls, Iowa. There will be a time of visitation an hour prior to the service at the Linn's Funeral Home. The Linn's Funeral Home of Iowa Falls, are helping the family with the arrangements.

Jacy Kyle Frazier was born October 21, 1970, in Iowa falls, Iowa to Dorlin Ardell and Jessie Carter [Parks] Frazier. He had four sisters: Sonja, Doreen, Cindy and Marci; and also two brothers: Phillip and George. Jacy Frazier had two children: Garrett and Kylie. During his life he worked as a welder at County Line Engineering in Iowa Falls. His hobbies included fishing, riding his bike around, and scrapping metal. He truly loved being outdoors, and was an avid animal lover. He was always working on making you laugh.

Jacy Frazier is survived by his parents Dorlin "Dub" and Jesse Frazier of Iowa Falls; his 2 children: Garrett Lee Frazier of Iowa Falls, and Kylie Ann Frazier of Mason City, Iowa; his brothers and sisters: Phillip [Linda] VanArsdale of Concord, North Carolina; Sonja VanArsdale of Copenhagen, Denmark; George VanArsdale of Webster City, Iowa; and Marcia [Jeff] Pates of Iowa Falls; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Jacy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Ralph and Anna Frazier; his maternal grandparents: Lloyd and Grace Richardson; his two sisters: Cindy Cooper and Doreen Pieken; and a nephew: Donald "Donnie" Crapser.
