Frederick James Hutzel, 76 of Iowa Falls, Iowa, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Mercy One Medical Center, Des Monies. There will be a private family graveside Services for Frederick James Hutzel. The Linn’s Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Frederick James Hutzel was born September 27, 1944 to Eugene Lewis and Cora Deloris (Cook) Hutzel in Iowa Falls, Iowa. He attended the Iowa Falls Community Schools. Fred had two children: Christina and Dillon. Fred worked at Fortera in Iowa Falls.

Frederick is survived by his daughter: Christina of Waterloo; a son: Dillon (Denise) Hutzel; one grandson: Praxtyn Hutzel; 3 grand-daughters: Kylee (Tyler Humke) Makenna, and Morgan; two sisters: Patrica McWilliams; Marie (Robert) Tomas; four brothers: Steven (Beverly) VanderJagt; David (Terri) VanderJagt; Craig Roskamp; Dan Christians; one sister in-law: Teresa Hutzel; and many nieces and nephews.

Frederick was preceded in death by his parents: Eugene Hutzel and Deloris McGlothlin; a brother Robert Hutzel.
