Evelyn Christine Starkey, 63, of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away December 11, 2015 at her home in Iowa Falls. A reception party for Evelyn Starkey will be held from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Raymond Methodist Church in Raymond, Iowa. Evelyn Christine Starkey was born December 11, 1952 in Waterloo, Iowa to William Clyde and Lucinda Lee [Nelson] Starkey. She achieved her GED from Waterloo. Married, and later divorced, she had 6 children: Kenneth, Jeremy, Laura Lee, and Christopher Grimm, Felisha Porter, and Vanessa Saffold. In her free time she loved to volunteer at the Salvation Army and enjoyed her friends out at the Friendship Club. She also enjoyed birds, volunteering, bible studies, and loved helping people.

Evelyn Christine Starkey is survived by her mother Lucinda ‘Cindy’ Starkey of Waterloo, 6 children: Kenneth [Jaypee] Grimm of Iowa Falls, Iowa, Jeremy [Ashley] Grimm of Iowa Falls, Laura Lee Bailey Grimm of Ankeny, Iowa, Christopher [Melanie] Grimm of Traer, Iowa, Felisha Porter, of Iowa Falls, and Vanessa Saffold of Iowa Falls; and 4 siblings: Pam Berumez, Billie Starkey, Belinda Voelschow, and Donna Pittman Starkey. She was preceded in death by her father: William Clyde Starkey; and her brother: Darrell ‘Bud’ Starkey.
