Candy (Fox) Tjarks, 48, of Alden, Iowa, passed away Monday June 30, 2025, at Israel Family Hospice House, Ames, Iowa. A Celebration of life for Candy Tjarks will be 1:00 - 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the Alden American Legion 502 West Street, Alden, Iowa 50006. Please come and help us celebrate  Candy. Candy Rae Fox was born June 22, 1977, to Judy Kay Fox in Hampton, Iowa. She attended the Iowa Falls schools. She worked at Dale Howard for many years detailing cars. On June 26, 2010 she was united in marriage to Joseph Gary Tjarks. They both brought two children to this union: Kya, Kassidy, William, and Hailey. 

Candy is survived by her husband: Joey Tjarks of Alden, Iowa; her children: Kya (Levi) Bahr of Hubbard, Iowa; Kassidy (Austin) Risley of Alden, Iowa; William Tjarks of Iowa Falls, Iowa; Hailey Tjarks of Iowa Falls, Iowa; 2 grandsons; a sister: Jody Price; two brothers: Steve Hogan of Iowa Falls, Iowa ; Brad Hogan of Iowa Falls, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Judy Fox and Rob Hogan.
