I have worked with Carrie for over 15 years in my role with the Helen Keller National Center. We assisted her to get a computer with software that she could access without her vision. She was always excited about a new challenge, and loved staying connected with her friends and family. Carrie will be missed.

Thinking of you all, with love and sweet memories of Carrie during our ‘ growing up years’. Her sharp intellect and curiousity was always apparent. I recall her interest in astronomy, and all the scientific facts she had gathered. May she now rest in the peace and joy of her everlasting life amongst the heavens. Sending my prayers and caring thoughts to the entire Osborne family.

To all of Carrie's wonderful family...I am so so sorry to hear of Carrie's death. She was a free spirit in my mind. We corresponded for some time a few years ago. Mary, I remember your telling me about Mike Prochnow and Carrie as kids studying the stars from their backs in your back yard.

Osborne family -
My deepest sympathy at this difficult time. I wrote on my website www.caringbridge.com that Carrie had a free spirit and a creative mind like none other I have ever known. Heaven is a happier place now that she is there.
The stars will shine brighter, and we shall always remember how enhanced our lives are that we were lucky enough to have known her and grew with her through the school years.
I regret that due to my own illness struggles I will not be able to attend her services. May God bring you comfort and peace.
