Brandy Lynn (Brannick) Hill

     Brandy Lynn Hill, 43, of Steamboat Rock, Iowa passed away March 14, 2018 at the Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City. Funeral services for Brandy Hill will be 1:00 pm Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the River’s Edge Church; 204 College; Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126. A time of visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 pm Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Linn’s Funeral Home; 1521 Washington Ave.; Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that memorials be sent to: Brandy Hill Memorial; c/o Linn’s Funeral Home; 1521 Washington Ave.; Iowa Falls, IA 50126. Memorials received will be used to offset the cost of the funeral.

     Brandy Lynn Brannick was born April 10, 1974 to Randall Craig and Vickie Lorraine [Brannick] Bonin in Iowa City. She attended the Iowa Falls Community School District and received her GED in 1994. Brandy bar tended for many years, including at Shenanigans. Brandy Hill had three kids: Nathan, Destiny, and Teagan. On March 8, 2013 she was united in marriage to Alonzo Louis Hill. The last few years of her life she was very creative and started crafting by making rustic items for your home or lawn. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her grandkids. Brandy's rock was her Aunt Cheryl as they were really close friends. Brandy was an avid Chief’s fan, and enjoyed watching her dad, brother, and son race in Eldora and Webster City.

     Brandy Lynn Hill is survived by her husband: Alonzo Hill of Steamboat Rock, Iowa; three children: Nathan [Tacey] Bonin of Iowa Falls, Iowa, Destiny Jass of Iowa Falls, and Teagan Jass of Iowa Falls; her parents: Randall “Randy” and Vickie Bonin of Iowa Falls; three siblings: Carrie [Jason] Handeland of Iowa Falls, Stacy [Paul] Tupper of Iowa Falls, and Steppen “Steve” [Melissa “Missy”] Brannick of Iowa Falls; a grandmother: Evelyn Brannick of Iowa Falls; and two grandchildren: Chase and Brady; and six nieces and nephews. Brandy Hill was preceded in death by her great-grandmother: Arlene Knott; grandparents: Herman “Slim” and Inez Bonin and William “Bill” Brannick; and one uncle and two aunts.
