Charlotte Darlene Brock, 78, of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls. Funeral services for Charlotte Brock will be 11:00 am Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Church of the Open Bible, 408 College, Iowa Falls, Iowa, 50126. A time of visitation will be one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Monday, April 18, 2016 also at the Church of the Open Bible. The Linn's Funeral Home in Iowa Falls is helping the family with arrangements.

Charlotte Darlene Brock was born July 11, 1937 to George Franklin and Edna Bell [Bennet] Kimmel in Marshalltown, Iowa. While growing up she attended Marshalltown Community School District graduating in 1956. On September 22, 1957 she married Daryl Dean Brock in Marshalltown. During her life she worked at Marshall Manufacturing, General Publishing and Binding and finally at Grace Indexing in Iowa Falls. Most of her life she was a homemaker, making sure that her family was well taken care of. She has lived in Marshalltown, Muscatine, Atlantic, and finally in Iowa Falls. She was a member of the Church of the Open Bible, and while there she served many roles, including: Bible study teacher; Sunday School Teacher; and in the choir and special music.

Those left to cherish Charlotte Brock are her two children: Susan Gail [Brian] Bailly of Urbandale, Iowa and Randy Neal [Tami] Brock of Lakeland, Florida; her sister Frances [Richard] Kopel of Urbandale, Iowa; and 4 grandchildren. Charlotte Brock was preceded in death by her parents: George Franklin and Edna Bell Kimmel; 1 sister: Mary Janette Anderson; her husband: Daryl Dean Brock; and one grandson: Ryan Michael Brock.
